Jean-Pierre HEIM is an internationally acclaimed architect with a diverse and engaging portfolio.
He has developed the brand of restaurant and boutique HYH in Shanghai and Chongming. In St Marteen and Santo Domingo he is working on tropical resort and hotels. At present he is designing the new design concept proposal for the Delos archeological resort in Greece.
His ability to integrate renovation villages orientated on Art and Agriculture is being developed under JPH new label “TRAVELLING IS AN ART” is being done with Sasseur Village near Chongqing in Bishan village. This eco-art and agriculture village is a global study to integrating farm living, with new hospitality design, very contemporary and advanced technology. A new start for the ideology of the Silk Road.
Few other developers in Anji , and Xingjiang province have called for JPH expertise.At present JPH is working on the most important outlet Sport center in Chongqing that should be reproduce in10 major cities in China. This concept is dedicated to be connected to the past and the future without neglecting the Present.
In addition to his work, Mr. HEIM is also a French foreign trade advisor with in-depth knowledge of international markets, and is able to act as liaison between U.S. and Chinese and European businesses seeking to operate on both sides of the Atlantic and China. JPH is a Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.
HEIM has worked with clients such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Revillon, Baccarat, Christian Lacroix, Lanvin, Puiforcat and Club Med. Over a glittering career HEIM has designed world-famous venues such as The Capitol Music Theater in Frankfurt Offenbach, the Luxor Palace in Dresden and the Brasserie La Lorraine, along with luxury resorts and entertainment centers, such as Coral Beach Club in St Maarten, luxury villas in Greece, the Gu Resort in Pagan Myanmar and Las Velas Resort in Luperon, in The Dominican Republic, to name but a few.
HEIM is currently working on The Beijing Yacht Club, and other concept of Yacht clubs on rivers and lakes in China he recently completed the Shanghai yacht Club. In addition to his architectural work, HEIM is also a French foreign trade advisor and the architectural scenographer for 'Best of France', a vast trade show that will be held in New York City's Times Square on September 26-27, 2015.He is also the Co-president co-founder of the Committee and scenographer of “The French will Never Forget “.
